All of our jewellery is hand-made to order from our London Studio. Most items will be dispatched within a few days, however it can take up to 2 weeks to produce some items. Please take this into account when ordering. If you need something by a specific date please inform us in the comments box when you checkout and we will endeavour to get you your items as soon as possible.

DELIVERY

An email will be sent to confirm the product has been posted.

The items are shipped from London via recorded delivery so please note all orders require a signature upon delivery.
All jewellery is packages in a jewellery box and securely packaged before shipping.

UK delivery is FREE and usually take 2-5 working days to arrive.

International delivery costs £7.50
Packages sent within Europe usually take 5-7 working days to arrive.

Packages sent to non-European countries usually take 10-15 working days to arrive.

RETURNS

We are happy to refund or exchange items. Please contact us via email within 7 days of delivery, and choose from a refund or exchange. We will then be in touch on how to return goods.


When ordering Rings, it is the customers responsibility to ensure that they have ordered the correct size. Any ring ordered in the incorrect size can be re-sized, but this will be subject to a charge.

For all other items, all you need to do is send them back in the original packaging, unworn and in the same condition they arrived in. We recommend posting them in a padded envelope.

Unfortunately shipping costs will not be refunded unless there is a definate fault with the item. Any fault must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

FAULTY ITEMS

We quality control each piece before it leaves the studio. If an item is faulty we want to fix the problem, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and choose from a refund or exchange.Send the item back in the original packaging, posted in a padded envelope.
